Maudine Blair, Ph.D., FAPA, CGP, CRS, directs the selection and
development of course materials, and co-directs management of operations
for CE Studies. In her psychotherapy practice, she counsels and
coaches individuals, couples, families, and group participants how
to take responsibility for themselves in order to have positive instead
of negative behaviors. Also, she established a communications and
management institute for the purpose of improving, coaching, and
teaching people-skills in the work world.
Donna Spooner, Ph.D., is the Home Study Administrator for CE
Studies, and co-directs management of operations, as well as
participates in the selection and development of course materials.
She has served the State of Florida as Statewide Planning Coordinator
for Alcohol, Drug Abuse, and Mental Health and as Assistant Director of
the Governor's Drug and Crime Policy Office. She is the Founding
Director of the Center for Policy and Management Strategies.
